Service

Audio Plus is an Authorised Pioneer Service and repair centre for DJ products; we deal with products that are both in and out of warranty. We can also service and repair a range of other specialist equipment, including large format mixing consoles, outboard equipment, amplifiers and speakers.

Our service department offers on site service and maintenance contracts and ‘out of hours’ call out. So you can have the confidence that if anything goes wrong you’ve got expert back up when you need it most.

Hours of delivery and collection of equipment for repair are between 10am – 5pm Monday to Friday; other times by special arrangement.

If you have any products you wish to register for repair, please submit our on-online request form and send your unit to us at the below address.

If the product is within warranty, please ensure you include all proof of purchase. We can also offer a temporary replacement product at a reduced hire rate, whilst we carry out your repair. Please contact us for lead times on your repairs.

If you’ve invested in quality equipment which is faulty or damaged, then it’s generally worth fixing – that’s the maxim of Audio Plus’ service engineers. If the components are available and the equipment still meets your requirements then a repair is just what you’ll get.
